Based in Worcestershire, I’ve spent the last eighteen years on assignments throughout Great Britain, Europe and The Americas producing editorial, advertising and personal works.
I was invited to take on the role of Senior Photographer at Sidewalk Magazine, Britain’s longest running Skateboard publication, in 2009. I pursued Skateboarding across the globe with some of the most notable personalities and influences of the culture. Portraiture and documentary became increasingly important to the stories I told.
During this time I produced advertising and editorial campaigns with brands including Vans, Nike SB, Adidas Skateboarding, Converse Cons, New Balance Numeric, and Volcom. Personal exhibitions include 'Borrowed Ground' (Worcester), 'Sensation Unsurpassed' (Birmingham) and 'In Good Company' (Liverpool).
Having concentrated on the editorial process for over a decade I moved into a broader commercial arena in early 2018. I am currently working with a wide range of clients which include Adidas Terrex, Gritchie Brewery, Columbia, Men's Health and Santa Cruz.
For me, photography is about the story, provoking feeling and emotions in a single image. At a commercial level, photography is also about problem solving and being able to adapt to any situation I find myself in with a camera. I work hand in hand with creative agencies, publishing houses and corporate organisations on campaigns both large and small, domestic and abroad.
Take a look around my site, get in touch and hopefully we can start working together soon.
